I'm in the UK and have just applied to be an Avon Rep - for a bit of extra cash!
My question is ' I am on a debt management plan and don't have great credit, will this affect them letting me do it?' I mentioned this on the phone to the Sales Leader that contacted me and she said she didn't think it would be a problem! I just don't want to go and deliver and collect lots of books if they then say I can't do it?!?!

Avon distributes their products through Network Marketing. This means that you can make money two ways. One way is to recruit others so that you have more done. The same way you have been recruited by the sales rep that contacted you. They will get comission for every sale you are making. So the more people one has the more money one makes. So the answer to your question is that there is no way to turn you down. They will be making money from you.
Another way is selling the products by delivering and collecting catalogues.
Avon is not working for me. They do not put people at your business. You have to find them yourself.
I love Network Marketing as I find it to be the most fair business model of all but I also love when I work online using my laptop and my internet connection.
Have a good luck, put petrol on your car and make sure you have the money they ask you for the catalogues. This is the expense of your business and I hope is as low as mine : )

My wife is with avon as a rep, they never even checked her credit nor anything. You collect everything in cash, they do not deal in credit. At least in Puerto rico

I did it - had a few credit problems but they still signed me up… to be honest though, I wouldnt bother doing it again… didnt really make much money and spent a lot of time delivering brochures and collecting… waste of time if you ask me.

I sell avon, and it shouldn't affect you. I've recruited 2 women with really bad credit and they are doing well.

They Shall Accept You, with out any hesitation.
You better, avoid accepting enrollment, if you can't perform.
You may explore certain other home based on line job.

Yes, I believe you can still do it.
My 19 yr old. cousin recently was selling Avon and she doesn't have any credit so I'm guessing that it's no problem.
And what she did is that she would order one book in advance to show her customers and they would love it cause they would get some of the things even earlier than other people :]

im a rep in the us and my credit is bad and they didnt check mine at all, you have no need for them to unless you apply for credit. good luck, you will love it!
